Safaree Samuels needs our prayers right now. The recording artist/ Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star's uncle was tragically stabbed to death a few days ago.
According to NBC4 Los Angeles, 64-year-old Vincent Roper's body was discovered in his home right after 8:00am on Friday (Aug. 25). Family members of Roper grew worried when they were texting him last week and weren't getting any replies. The elderly man lived alone, so they decided to check on him and that's when they discovered that he was killed.
"Just got 1 of the worst phone calls of my life. just lost my closest Uncle. I can barely type.. this is the worst I've ever had to deal with," Samuels tweeted. "To know some1 killed my uncle in cold blood, i hate this f**king world!! Who kills a man in his 60's ??? So many f**king cowards in this world."
On Sunday (Aug. 27), he tweeted a photo of his late uncle: "2day for some reason feels harder than the 1st day. Can't believe you're gone. Am i suppose to use this as fuel or break down, RIP uncle vern."
Roper's death is being investigated as a homicide. A suspect hasn't been identified yet.
