The Philadelphia Eagles defeated Tom Brady and the New England Patriots 41-33 to win Super Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. It is the first time in franchise history the Eagles have won the Lombardi Trophy.

Nick Foles was named MVP and lead the Eagles throwing three touchdowns and catching one on a wild fourth down play. Late in the second quarter, the Eagles decided to go for it on fourth and goal. They ran a trick play, which resulted in Trey Burton throwing a touchdown pass to a wide-open Foles, giving the Eagles a 10-point lead.

Foles threw 373 yards and threw three touchdowns. The first came late in the first quarter on a 34-yard pass to Alshon Jeffery. In the third quarter, he hit Corey Clement with a 20-yard touchdown and finished it with an 11-yard throw to Zach Ertz just before the two-minute in the second half.

Even in the loss, Tom Brady put up big numbers. He completed 28 of his 48 passes, throwing for 505 yards and three touchdowns.
