Tekashi69 can breathe a sigh of relief.

Despite facing a one- to three-year prison sentence, the "BEBE" rapper was sentenced to four years probation, which is exactly what his lawyers requested, in his sexual misconduct case on Friday (October 26), TMZ reports. The judge gave 6ix9ine credit for one year served, so his probation will in fact only be for the next three years.

The 22-year-old rapper will additionally have to complete 1,000 hours of community service and he is not allowed to affiliate with any street gangs, which may prove difficult since he reps Bloods. If he does get arrested, for any reason, it will be a violation of his probation and he could be resentenced.

During his hearing, the "FEFE" rapper told the judge, "I have millions of youth that look at me as a role model and the last place I want to be is incarcerated, they don’t deserve it. Thank you." Adding, "What kind of kid would want to meet Tekashi69 if I was such a bad guy?  There are people who deserve to be in jail but Daniel Hernandez is not one of them."

Following his sentencing, 6ix9ine took to Instagram to share his reaction to the judge's verdict. "GOD IS GOOD GOD IS... GOOD!" he captioned a smiling photo of him in a suit.

6ix9ine's sentencing comes two years after he plead guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance. The charge was in connection to 2015 incident where a 13-year-old girl was taped engaging in sexual acts with a man while 6ix9ine stood "behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking on her buttocks." The teen was reportedly nude in the video, the gossip site reports.

According to TMZ, the "STOOPID" rapper's sentencing was deferred by two years and he was given the possibility of parole, under the condition that he got mental health treatment, and stayed out of trouble.
