Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are taking the next step in the relationship.

The couple, who share eight-month-old daughter Stormi, officially became co-homeowners of their first joint property, and it just so happens to be a $13.45 million mansion (you know, chump change), right in the heart of Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, the new parents both signed on the dotted line for their new home, seemingly going halfsies, which features all the luxuries and amenities an almost-billionaire could want, including: a 2,300 square foot master bedroom, a multi-car garage, a gym, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a massage room, a ginormous pool, and that's just what the naked eye can see.

The purchase marks Kylie's fifth property. She recently bought a $12 million mansion in Hidden Hills and recently listed land she owns in the pricey suburb for $5.55 million.

Kylie and Travis seem to be living their best parenting life these days. On Wednesday (October 24), the two shared photos of their family of three enjoying Stormi's first pumpkin patch. The family outing was the first time the two were spotted together since sparking marriage rumors earlier this month. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star sent her fans into complete hysteria when she captioned a video of Travis performing on Saturday Night Live "hubby" with heart emojis. She did it again, weeks later, when she referred the Astroworld rapper as her husband after he gifted her an elaborate array of pink and white flowers. "Just because flowers are the best kind," she captioned a video of he showing the over the top gift. "Thank u hubby."

Travis has also added fuel to the marriage rumor mill. Back in August, Travis called Kylie "wifey" in a post for her 21st birthday. "Happy bday wifey I love u mommy u my heart rib toes and all," he wrote. "May GOD continue to bless u and ur spirit. This mark in ur life is the start to more greatness."
