Principal Stops Student In Clown Mask Who Was Scaring Children

A Colorado teenager decided to get an early start to Halloween and donned a creepy clown mask so he could scare kids while they were walking home from school. The unidentified teenager was harassing middle school students on Monday and Tuesday, prompting the Aurora Police Department to share a warning about the man on Twitter

Yesterday & today the man below, wearing a clown mask, chased students walking to/from Horizon MS near S Walden St/E Oxford Ave. This sort of Harassment WILL NOT be tolerated. Call 303-627-3100 if you know the man pictured below & be aware of your surroundings.

After seeing the tweet from the police, Horizon Middle School principal Ron Garcia y Ortiz alerted his security staff and they were ready for the teen when he returned to the intersection for another round of scares. After security officers stopped the boy, the police were called and they drove him home.

He was not charged with a crime, but police told him that his days of scaring kids are over.
