Watch Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s First-Ever Joint Interview

This is too much for us to handle. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were beaming with joy during their first-ever joint interview on Monday, November 27.

The sit-down comes after the couple announced earlier on Monday that they’re engaged and set to wed in Spring 2018.

During the interview with BBC's Mishal Husain, Prince Harry and Meghan recall how they met, details from their “romantic” proposal and their trip to Botswana.

“It was just an amazing surprise. It was just so sweet and natural and very romantic,” Meghan shared of when Prince Harry popped the question a couple weeks ago at Kensington Palace’s Nottingham Cottage in London. “He got on one knee. As a matter of fact, I could barely let [him] finish proposing. I was like, ‘Can I say ‘yes’ now?’”

The Suits actress added that although they’ve only been together since May 2016, she doesn’t consider their romance a whirlwind.

“I think we were able to really have so much time just to connect and we never went longer than two weeks without seeing each other, even though were doing a long-distance relationship,” she explained. “We made it work.”
