Quavo stopped by the Angie Martinez Show after dropping three new songs "Lamb Talk", "Bubble Gum" & "Workin Me". The Migos rapper is currently on tour with Drake on his "Aubrey and The Three Amigos Tour" which is stopping in NYC for 6 shows half at Madison Square Garden and the other at The Barclays Center. Speaking on the show he said it's his first time performing in the Garden saying āwe got like some of the best music in the game, we controlling everything and just dropping hitsā. Saying the hardest part of doing so many cities and nights back to back is keeping the same energy for the crowd every single night.
The young Migos rapper is also responsible for one of the biggest hits in the world right now Jay-Z and Beyonce's "Apes--t" record was originally a Migos record. Telling Angie that the song was originally supposed to appear on the groups "Culture 2" album but it just didn't work out. He would go on to give the record to Hov. Later on, Quavo got a text from him saying thank you and at that point, he knew the record was theirs.
Talking about his solo endeavors he didn't want to break and tell Angie what was going on with his solo records but eventually broke down revealing that we can expect his project in September saying "You got it out of me".
