French Montana Says Artists Who Don't Use Features Are "Weirdos"

French Montana has some words for artists who decide to go solo on their albums and not use any features. "Who sits there thinking about weird sh*t like (going platinum with no features)?" the Bronx rapper told Paper. "Those people who put albums out by themselves are weirdos."

He continues: "Music is about having fun. If I'm chilling with A$AP Rocky, or chilling with Drake or The Weeknd and we record, and then I have to say, 'Look here, bro, I'm thinking about dropping this album just by myself.' Artists would stop f**king with you."

French Montana's Jungle Rules has topped the Billboard 200 albums charts and its smash hit "Unforgettable" features Swae Lee. Only five of the 18 tracks on the album have a solo Montana.

While French has found his success through his guests, artists like J. Cole, which people will constantly remind you of, went platinum with no features.
