Eminem is finally reacting to reports speculating he and Nicki Minaj are hip-hop’s new power couple. During his performance at Boston Calling Music Festival on Sunday, the "Rap God" musician entertained the romance buzz after giving Minaj a quick shout-out in between his set, joking, "Baby I'll be home tonight."
The Detroit rapper then turned his attention to the audience, asking the crowd: "Boston, how many of you want me to date Nicki Minaj?" The question was met with enthusiastic applause, to which Eminem consented humorously, "Well, g******it, me too. Nicki, if you get this message, just text me later, we'll talk about it."

The relationship gossip between the "Roman's Revenge" collaborators arrives days after the "Chun-Li" star provocatively name-dropped the 45-year-old entertainer in a verse featured on YG's "Big Bank."
"Told em' I met Slim Shady, bagged an Em/ Once he go black, he'll be back again," Minaj raps in the track, hinting that she’s claimed Eminem as her other half. Minaj fueled the reported love connection on Instagram when a fan left a comment under one of her posts, asking, "You dating Eminem???" The 35-year-old answered plainly, "Yes."
Of course, the hubbub hadn’t lasted long enough to grow legs before TMZ quashed the report, confirming that the hip-hop royals are not dating but were simply trolling the Internet. But maybe Nicki will follow through and give Em that text he asked for.
